Changes in Upcoming Campus Events!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there have been some changes in the dates and schedules of the upcoming campus events that were previously announced. Please take a moment to read the following updates carefully to ensure you are well informed about the changes.

New Schedule for Career Fair:

The Career Fair, which was previously scheduled for Friday, 12th August, has been rescheduled due to some unavoidable circumstances. The new date for the Career Fair is now Monday, 15th August. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change and hope that this new date will still allow you to participate in the event. Please plan accordingly to ensure that you do not miss out on this great opportunity to network with potential employers and learn about career prospects in your field.

Postponement of Sports Day:

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing renovations at the athletic field, we have had to postpone the Sports Day event that was previously scheduled for Saturday, 20th August. We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause, but we hope to reschedule this event as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with the dates as soon as they are confirmed. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any disruption that this may cause to your plans.

Changes in Orientation Week Schedule:

The Orientation Week schedule has undergone some changes, and we would like to inform you of the new arrangements. As previously announced, the Orientation Week activities will take place from Monday, 22nd August to Friday, 26th August. However, the activities will now start at 9 am and end at 4 pm each day. The students' orientation session will take place on the first day. We highly encourage all new and returning students to attend the orientation, to learn about the university's policies, facilities, departments, and academic programs. This new schedule will provide a better opportunity for you to acclimate to the campus, meet new people, and learn about the resources available to you on campus.
